My name is Melissa McAllister. I am a functional nutritionist, therapeutic fasting expert, author and world traveler. Staying healthy while traveling abroad can be quite difficult. I have been blessed with a very successful fitness career that has lasted for over 2 decades.

This success has allowed my husband (long retired) and I to travel the world. We have taken hundreds of trips and filled up a few passports.
